BtW: Bombs Away!

The bombing system is now nearly completely added, the only thing missing is death bombs (which won't come until I add death) and the specific bullet pattern for the various bomb types for the shot types other than Lyhoko-B. (Maybe I should work on adding the rest of the characters at some point? At least Reimu-A has a regular bullet pattern made, but Marisa and Sanae have nothing right now...)

Also I added a bit more to the menu, so now when the game starts you can choose to go to the main game, the extra stage (which currently sends you right to the extra stage boss, who has 5 spellcards made) or you can choose to quit the game.
